- From 1982-2019 Signing Santa parties (37 years) have been given to the deaf and hard of hearing children at Tamarac Elementary School and then Peter's Elementary when they began consolidating the deaf children due to their declining numbers -- a wonderful turn of events!
- 42 children were given stockings and gifts in December 2019.
